This is a PTU tube called Alicia by Zebrush at Pics for Design.
The mask is Vix_Mask371, by Vix PSP.
Font used is Reditum.
:: Let’s Begin ::
Open a New Canvas that’s 800x800 pixels with a white
background.
Using your Ellipse Shape Tool (probably under your Preset
Shapes Tool)
Set it to Draw Circle under the Mode in the top Menu…
Draw out a fairly large circle in the middle of your
canvas to act as your background.
Once you have it to a size that you like,
go to Layer>Convert to Raster Layer
Selections>Select All, Selections>Float, Selections>Defloat
Selections>Modify>Select Selection Borders
Set it to Both Sides, border width 5, and Anti-Alias On.
Create a New Raster Layer and then Flood Fill your border
selection with White.
Selections>Select None
Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise
Set it to Uniform and 50%.
Open Paper01 from the kit.
Copy your paper and go to your canvas,
On the circle layer, go to
Selections>Select All, Selections>Float, Selections>Defloat.
Copy your paper and go to your canvas,
On the circle layer, go to
Selections>Select All, Selections>Float, Selections>Defloat.
Paste your paper as a New Layer
Selections>Invert and hit the Delete button on your
keyboard.
Selections>Select None
Copy and Paste your tube as a new layer above your glitter
frame layer.
Resize the tube as needed and center over the circle.
(This next sections
is optional, but I do it just in case any part shows through.)
Duplicate your glitter frame and move one above your
frame so you have one frame above your tube layer and one below it.
On the upper frame layer, use your eraser tool to erase
any portion of the frame from arm to arm of your tube. The only part of your frame you want left is
to be covering the bottom of the tube.
Open element as18 from kit, (heart doodle).
Copy and Paste it as a new layer above the bottom frame
layer.
Resize and arrange it at the bottom left of the tag,
slightly behind your tube.
Layers>Duplicate, Image>Mirror (or Flip
Horizontally for PSPX6)
Move this one over to the right side of your tube.
Open element as27 from kit, (glitter sparkle).
Copy and Paste it as a new layer above all your other
layers.
Resize and arrange it to the bottom of your tag, below
the frames.
Open element as05 from kit, (springy heart).
Copy and Paste it as a new layer.
Image>Flip (or Flip Vertically for PSPX6)
Resize and arrange it the left of the tube as shown.
Open element as31 from kit, (heart string).
Copy and Paste it as a new layer.
Resize and arrange it to the bottom above your glitter.
Open element as06 from kit, (heart wings).
Copy and Paste it as a new layer.
Resize and arrange it to the bottom above the bottom of
the frame.
Open element as26 from kit, (dripping heart).
Copy and Paste it as a new layer.
Resize and arrange it over the left wing.
Open element as43 from kit again, (xxx beads).
Copy and Paste it as a new layer.
Resize and arrange it to the left with the dripping heart.
Open element as03 from kit, (blue flower).
Copy and Paste it as a new layer.
Resize and arrange it to the left as well.
Open element as46 from kit, (white heart).
Copy and Paste it as a new layer.
Resize and arrange it over the right wing.
Open element as08 from kit, (kiss lips).
Copy and Paste it as a new layer.
Resize and arrange it to the right with the white heart.
Open element as47 from kit, (blue bow).
Copy and Paste it as a new layer.
Resize and arrange it to the right as well.
Open element as49 from kit, (white sparkle).
Copy and Paste it as a new layer.
Resize and arrange it over all the elements on the
bottom.
Open Paper04 from kit.
Copy and Paste it at the bottom layer of the tag.
Add your mask by going to Layer>Load/ Save
Mask>Load Mask from Disk.
Apply the mask named Vix_Mask371.
Merge the mask group by right clicking the layer of the
finished mask, go to Merge>Merge Group.
Resize and arrange it to fit as shown.
I like to crop and resize here before adding my text!
I used the font Reditum. Set it to a size you like and a
stroke width of 5.
Foreground color to white and background color to #282841.
Duplicate the layer and select the second font layer with
the font tool.
Set the stroke width to 0.
Merge the 2 font layer and convert to a raster layer.
Drop shadow everything except the mask.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, set the drop to 3
vertical, 2 horizontal, 75 opacity, 4 blur.
Add your copyright info and your tagged by stuff.
Merge everything in Layers>Merge>Merge Visible
All Finished!
