Breaking Twilight- PTU

This is PTU kit called Breaking Twilight from Designs by Sarah. Get it at PMTw/S.
I used mask WSL_Mask98 by Wee Scot Lass.
Font used is Twilight.


Let’s Begin!

Open a new canvas that’s 800x800 pixels.

Open frame6 from kit.
Copy and Paste it as a new layer onto your canvas.

Copy and Paste your tube above the frame.
Resize and arrange your tube as needed to fit the frame the way you’d like.
Select your frame layer and duplicate it.
Move your duplicated frame above your tube layer.
Use your eraser tool to erase any portion of the upper frame that’s covering your tube.
Erase any portion of your tube that’s hanging out the bottom of the frame.

Open paper pp8 from kit.
Copy and Paste it below the bottom frame layer.
Resize it to fit the frame slightly so that most of the splats show through.
Erase any portion of the paper hanging outside the frame.

Open the following elements from the kit.
Copy and Paste them above the frame in this order.
Resize and arrange them on the tag as shown.

Ribbon_3
Wings
Music and love_glitter
Flower2
Feathers
Family crest_ribbon

Open paper pp1 from kit.
Copy and Paste it at the bottom of the tag.
Add your mask by going to Layer>Load/ Save Mask>Load Mask from Disk.
Apply the mask named WSL_Mask98.
Merge the mask group by right clicking the layer of the finished mask, go to Merge>Merge Group.
Resize and arrange it to fit as shown.

I used the font Twilight. Set it to a size you like and a stroke width of 3.
Foreground color to white and background color to #901616.
Duplicate the layer and select the second font layer with the font tool.
Set the stroke width to 0.
Merge the 2 font layer and convert to a raster layer.

Drop shadow everything except the mask.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, set the drop to 3 vertical, 2 horizontal, 75 opacity, 4 blur.

Add your copyright info and your tag.

Merge everything in Layers>Merge>Merge Visible

Crop and resize as needed!

Mask of choice. The mask is called photomask 2 by Timo3 but I can’t find where I got it.
Alien Skin Xenofex2- Constellation for animation and an animation program like Animation Shop.
Font used is AllisonROB.


 
Let’s Begin!


Open a new canvas at 800x800 pixels.

Open frame-01 from the kit.
Copy and Paste as a new layer.
Resize it a little smaller.

Copy and Paste your tube as a new layer.
I’ve used the close up tube provided.
Resize and arrange it to fit in the window.

Duplicate your frame layer and move it above the tube.
Using your eraser tool, erase the top of the upper frame covering the tube heads.
Also, erase any portion of the tube hanging out at the bottom of the frames.

Open paper pp-12 from kit.
Copy and Paste it behind the bottom frame.
Erase any portion of the paper hanging outside of the frame.

Open greens-03 from kit.
Copy and Paste it below this paper layer.
Image>Mirror
Resize and arrange it to fit as shown.

Open flowers-01 from kit.
Copy and Paste it as a new layer.
Layer>Duplicate
Move one to the upper left and one to the lower right of frame.

Open glitter-01 from kit.
Copy and Paste it above the top frame layer.

Open the following elements and paste them in this order.
Resize and arrange them as shown.

Ribbon-02
Hearts-02
Ribbon-03

Open bracket from kit.
Copy and Paste it as a new layer.
Resize and arrange it to the left of the tag as shown.
Layer>Duplicate, Image>Mirror
Move the right bracket over some more if needed.

Open ribbon02 from kit.
Copy and Paste it as a new layer.
Resize and arrange it at the bottom of the tag as shown.

Open wa-01 from kit.
Copy and Paste it as a new layer.
Resize and arrange it at the bottom of the tag as shown.
Selections>Select All, Selections>Float, Selections>Defloat
Selections>Modify>Expand- 2
Layer>New Raster Layer
Flood fill the selection with white.
Selections>Select None
Move this white layer below the wordart layer.
Merge the two layers together.

Open staple from kit.
Copy and Paste it as a new layer.
Resize and arrange it above the wordart as shown.

Open paper pp-12 from kit.
Copy and Paste it at the bottom of the tag.
Add your mask by going to Layer>Load/ Save Mask>Load Mask from Disk.
Apply your mask of choice.
Merge the mask group by right clicking the layer of the finished mask, go to Merge>Merge Group.
Resize and arrange it to fit as shown.

I used the font AllisonROB. Set it to a size you like and a stroke width of 4.

Add your copyright info and your tag.

Merge everything in Layers>Merge>Merge Visible

Crop and resize as needed.

Animation
Merge the two bracket layers together.
Selections>Select All, Selections>Float, Selections>Defloat
New Raster Layer
Flood fill these selections with white.

On this white layer go to Effects>Plugins and go to Xenofex Constellation.
Apply setting that you like or the settings shown below.
You must have the Background Fill set to Make Selection Transparent.
Hit Ok

Now Copy Merged and Paste it over in Animation Shop.
Back in PSP hit Undo and go to Constellation again.
Hit Random Seed at the bottom and Ok again.
Copy Merged and Paste this in AS After Current Frame.
Go back to PSP one more time and hit Undo.
Go to Constellation and hit Random Seed.
Copy and Paste this After Current Frame in AS.

Now just save as a GIF.

Open a new canvas that’s 800x800 pixels.

Copy and Paste your tube onto your canvas.
Move and resize it to your liking.

Open kayboard from kit.
Copy and Paste it as a new layer.
Resize and arrange it as shown.

Open greens-01 from kit.
Copy and Paste it below the tube.
Resize and arrange it over to the right.
Layer>Duplicate, Image>Mirror over to the right.
Move the right one around a little so they aren’t exactly the same.

Open greens-02 from kit.
Copy and Paste it as a new layer.
Resize and arrange it to the bottom as shown.
Layer>Duplicate, Image>Flip and move to the middle of the tube.

Open rose petals from kit.
Copy and Paste it above the keyboard.
Resize and arrange it as shown.

Open ribbon-01 from kit.
Copy and Paste it as a new layer.
Resize and arrange it as shown.

Open music-note from kit.
Copy and Paste it as a new layer.
Resize and arrange it as shown.
Layer>Duplicate and move the lower music note below the ribbon.
On the top music note and using the eraser tool,
Erase a little bit of the music note so that it looks as if it’s around the ribbon.

Open charm from kit.
Copy and Paste it as a new layer.
Resize and arrange it as shown.
Layer>Duplicate and move the lower charm below the ribbon.
On the top charm and using the eraser tool,
Erase a little bit of the charm loop so that it looks as if it’s around the ribbon.

Open star-01 from kit.
Copy and Paste it as a new layer.
Resize and arrange it as shown.

Open flower-01 from kit.
Copy and Paste it into your canvas.
Image>Duplicate it 3 times.
Move these flowers around the tag as shown, behind different layers.

Open wa-01 from kit.
Copy and Paste it as a new layer on top of everything.
Resize and arrange it as shown.

Open print2 from kit.
Copy and Paste it behind everything.
Resize and arrange it to the left.
Layer>Duplicate, Image>Mirror

Open paper pp-04 from kit.
Copy and Paste it at the bottom of the tag.
Add your mask by going to Layer>Load/ Save Mask>Load Mask from Disk.
Apply the mask named WSL_Mask7.
Merge the mask group by right clicking the layer of the finished mask, go to Merge>Merge Group.
Resize and arrange it to fit as shown.

I used a combination of Adios Script, both Pro and Caps II. Set it to a size that you like and a stroke width of 3.
Foreground color to white and background color to black.
I used the Adios Script Caps II for the first letter, and Adios Script Pro for the lower case letters.
Duplicate the layer and select the second font layer with the font tool.
Set the stroke width to 0.
Merge the 2 font layer and convert to a raster layer.

Drop shadow everything except the mask.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, set the drop to 3 vertical, 2 horizontal, 75 opacity, 4 blur.

Add your copyright info and your tag.

Merge everything in Layers>Merge>Merge Visible

What I Live For (Twilight)- PTU

I've used an FTU tube, Twilight Tube #3, created by Anti-Social Distortions. It's no longer available. This is a PTU kit called My Immortal, by Cora's Creations, formally Pimp'd Designz. It can be purchased HERE. My supplies are for personal use only! Download my supplies HERE. Font used- Twilight, and Unicorn Lets Begin! Open a new image that's 800x800 pixels, with a white background. Open Twilight Tube #3 and Copy and Paste onto canvas. Open frame-02 from the kit and copy and paste it onto your canvas. Resize to fit around your tube. Duplicate layer and place one below your tube. On top frame, erase portions of frame at top and sides covering your tubes. Open paper pp11. Copy and Paste it below the bottom frame. Resize to fit into the opening of the frame. Open tag. Use font called Twilight to write the word Twilight in white on tag and rotate to fit. Copy and Paste the tag above the bottom frame layer. Resize and arrange as shown. Be sure to erase an portion of the top frame that covers the tag. Open the staple from my supplies and copy and paste it above the tag. Resize and arrange at the top of the tag. Open diamonds. Copy and Paste it above the top frame. Resize to fit how you like. I've deleted pieces from the top and bottom to make it fit how I like. Duplicate layer and mirror the diamonds. Open bow-03. Copy and Paste on top. Resize and arrange as shown in tag. Open lil-heart. Copy and Paste on top. Mirror layer. Resize and arrange as shown in tag. Open flower-04. Copy and Paste on top. Resize and arrange as shown in tag. Open leaf-rope. Copy and Paste on top. Resize and arrange as shown in tag. Open ribbon-02. Copy and Paste on top. Erase some the rope off of the bottom. Resize and arrange as shown in tag. Open WA-metal. Copy and Paste on top. Resize and arrange as shown in tag. Open hearts. Copy and Paste at bottom of tag. Resize and arrange as shown in tag. Open greens-01. Copy and Paste at bottom of tag. Resize and arrange as shown in tag. I've erased the large leaves at the top and portions of the smaller sprays. Open paper pp09 and paste as new layer at bottom of the tag. Apply mask provided. Merge the mask group. Change the opacity to 50%. I used the font Unicorn. I set it to 72 pixels with a stroke width of 6. Foreground color to white and background color to #202020. Duplicate layer. Select the top text and set the stroke width to 0. Merge the two text layers and convert to raster layer. Drop shadow everything except the mask, background paper behind frame, and the top frame layer. 3 vertical, 2 horizontal, 75 opacity, 4 blur. Add your copyright info and your tag. All Finished!

My Life Now (Twilight)- FTU

I've used an FTU tube from Anti-Social Distortions. It's no longer available. This is an FTU kit called Inked by KatNKDA. It can be downloaded on her blog HERE. The mask is by Wee Scots Lass Creations, #192. It can be download on her blog HERE. The wordart is by Binty's Designs. It can be downloaded on her blog HERE. Lets Begin! Open a new image that's 800x800 pixels, with a white background. Open element18 from the kit and resize it to 40% by going to Image>Resize, Change pixels dimension to percent and type in 40. Copy and Paste it onto your working canvas. Open the tube and resize it to 40 %. Copy and Paste it as a new layer on top of your paper element. Position the tube at the bottom of the paper element. Open element12 and resize to 40%. Copy and Paste it above your tube. Position this element by the legs of the tube. Select the tube layer and erase any portion of the legs that is sticking out passed the ink pen element. Open element10 from the kit resize to 25%. Copy and Paste as new layer below the paper element. Position it to the left behind the head of the tube. Layer>Duplicate, Image>Mirror, and position the second rose on the right behind the legs. Resize a little smaller to fit. Open element08 and resize to 50%. Copy and Paste it behind the rose layers. Image>Mirror, and position on the left side of the paper as shown in the tag. Open element05. Copy and Paste it on top of the paper element layer. Rotate slightly to the right and position at the top of the paper. Open element28 and resize to 20%. Copy and Paste it behind the rose layers and position it to the right of the paper. Rotate it slightly to the left to show around the rose, as shown in the tag. Open a wordart of choice and resize to about 15%. Copy and Paste it on top of the paper element. Rotate and fit accordingly. Open paper05. Copy and Paste as new layer below everything. Apply mask by going to Layers>Load/Save Mask>Load Mask From Disk. Apply Mask titled WSL_Mask192 to layer. Merge the mask group by right clicking the layer of the finished mask, go to Merge>Merge Group. I used the font Be Safe, set to 48 pixels. Background color set to black. Type your name with a comma above the paper layer and position it at the top of the paper above the wordart. Drop shadow everything except the wordart, text, and mask. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, set the drop to 3 vertical, 2 horizontal, 75 opacity, 4 blur. Add any applicable copyright info and your tag. Delete the white background layer. Merge everything in Layers>Merge>Merge Visible All Finished!
